dynamically allocate 4D array

Hello

Does anybody have some well tested code for doing dynamic allocation of a four dimensional array in C? I see the three dimensional array code at the back of "Num Rec in C" book but I was hoping that someone had done a 4d version that has been well tested.

Please try to feed in the data and get the output as under;
The C++ program enclosed gives nil error on compilation ,but ...
